Proprietary evaluation tool used by coaches during experiential training events. Assesses leaders across attributes and competencies to provide evidence-based feedback.

Instructions: Mark 'E' (Exceeds), 'S' (Satisfactory), or 'N' (Needs Improvement) for each observed attribute and core leader competency. IMPROVE comments in Part III are mandatory when rating of 'N' is indicated.
Part I — Leader Attributes (what a leader is)

Characteristics that are an inherent part of an individual's total core, physical, and intellectual aspects. Attributes shape how one behaves.

A person's moral and ethical qualities which give a leader motivation to do what is appropriate regardless of circumstances.
